The XMBA-7000 series intelligent dual input display regulator produced by our company adopts a self-developed and customized special integrated circuit produced by a Japanese integrated circuit manufacturer. It not only gathers most of the functions of various regulating instruments in current automatic control systems, but also integrates circuits such as CPU, I/D interface, RS485 or RS232 communication interface, EPROM and D/A conversion, supplemented by a software system that draws on the strengths of others, carefully compiles and repeatedly debugs. This instrument has the following characteristics when used.
1. The hardware of the instrument has been significantly reduced, the system's composition structure is relatively simple, the process has been significantly improved, there are no flying wires, no debugging potentiometers, and all parameter settings and instrument calibration function selections are completed by software through the keyboard.
2. Four alarm outputs can be set, and there are more than ten alarm methods available. It can be assigned to either the main input or the secondary input, as well as to the difference between the main input and the secondary input, the sum of the main input and the secondary input, or the quotient of the main input and the secondary input.
3. One of the switch values can be set to selectively monitor the other three switch values, achieving intelligent sound and light alarm function with silencing time.
4. Two or three D/A output ports can be optionally added, which can be allocated to the main input or auxiliary input for use. The zero and full-scale values of the analog output can be set arbitrarily within the displayed numerical range. The output can be optically isolated, providing two constant voltage sources of 5V and 24.
5. Any complex control, regulation, alarm, output and other functions can be easily operated by the instrument operator. The set pressure is password protected, and it becomes a foolproof instrument. The on-site operator will not be able to modify the locked parameters. Four categories and hundreds of levels of anti-interference modes set by users themselves can adapt to various environmental interference sources.

1. The input signals are dual input thermocouples with various scale marks, thermal resistors, and linear signals of various standards (the dual input signals must be the same) or thermal resistors (Pt100) and linear signals (please specify when ordering).
2. Display the process quantity within any set display range (-1999~9999, 9999~-1999, with 0~3 decimal places) or 0~100%.
3. Triple display including dual input process quantity indication and dual analog bar indication.
4. The display range of dual input can be set separately.
5. The displayed values of the primary and secondary inputs can be added or subtracted.
6. The relay action can be controlled by comparing the main input with the secondary input.
7. Output the status after resistance, disconnection, and disconnection.
8. The state of relays used for positional control after breaking resistance, disconnection, and coupling has a holding function.
9. Intelligent sound and light alarm.

Instrument usage and maintenance/Instrument use and maintenance-------------------------------------◆◆

1. The instrument should be placed in a dry, ventilated and non corrosive gas environment, and the ambient temperature and relative humidity should meet the technical conditions.
2. Choose the appropriate instrument model and related programs as needed to enable users to use them without debugging or directly.
3. Due to the multiple functions of the instrument, the B menu operation program and wiring should be set correctly according to the working conditions. If necessary, it is recommended that the user send personnel to our company for learning.
4. If the instrument is damaged due to quality issues with the manufacturing plant, the same company will provide free repairs within one year.
